About Me
Hi, I'm Sebastian - a Mental Wellness Coach - and welcome to my journey.
I were born in Preston, and I believe this part of the world has shaped who I am and that's why I'm so passionate about helping people across the Northwest find their own path to feeling and living fully.
I help people break free from what holds them back, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Growth isn't about quick fixes; it's about understanding yourself, experimenting with new strategies, and practicing habits that truly stick. At Bloom, I guide you through this process with compassion, clarity, and proven evidence-based methods.
I became a coach because I understand that traditional therapy doesn't work for everyone. I’ve seen how some people feel unseen or stuck in systems that don’t fully meet them where they are. Coaching offers a different kind of space - one that’s collaborative, forward-focused, and deeply human. I wanted to create that space: where people feel empowered, not pathologised; where their lived experience is respected; and where progress is defined by them.
With a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Mental Health and Wellbeing, and a Level 5 Accredited Award in Community-Based Life Coaching, I bring together academic insight and practical coaching expertise. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals across both community and private settings, helping people navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, low confidence, burnout, and major life transitions.
My work is deeply informed by a strong understanding of psychological theory, developed through years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan - from children to adults - each with unique needs and mental health challenges. I’ve been involved in psychological formulation, assessment, and the delivery of tailored interventions, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellbeing and personal development.
This clinical foundation, alongside my knowledge of coaching theory, underpins a holistic and person-centred approach. I understand the importance of meeting people where they are, and I believe that meaningful, sustainable change happens when support is tailored to the individual - recognising their strengths, values, and lived experiences.
While I am not a registered counsellor or clinical psychologist and do not offer therapy, my focus is on coaching strategies that promote wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth. My aim is to empower clients to understand themselves better, build confidence, and take purposeful steps forward in their lives.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for change - sometimes, they just need the right support, the right tools, and someone who truly listens. That’s what I’m here to offer.
At Bloom, coaching is more than guidance, It's a partnership where your growth is the priority. I believe that lasting change happens when insight meets action and my role is to help you turn self-discovery into practical, sustainable progress.
Here's how we make that happen together:
Explore Your Experiences: We begin with real-life challenges, goals and aspirations, creating clarity around what matters most to you.
Reflect & Gain Insight: Through careful reflection, we uncover the patterns, beliefs and habits that shape your thoughts, emotions and actions.
Apply Evidence-Based Strategies: Drawing on Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory, positive psychology, cognitive-behavioural coaching, mindfulness, we translate insights into practical tools you can apply immediately.
Grow & Evolve: Growth happens through actions. you'll practice new approaches, refine them and integrate strategies that lead to lasting transformation.
This approach ensures that your growth is personal, practical and empowering. You don't just gain understanding, you gain clarity, confidence and actionable tools to create meaningful change in your life.
Each client's journey is unique and I take pride in creating a supportive, structured space where everyone can explore, reflect and grow. Coaching allows me to turn knowledge into action, helping people move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to gaining clarity, confidence and sustainable strategies for change.
